Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. We’re not able to deliver to international addresses at this time.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery

All orders ship via USPS. Once your order leaves our facility, delivery typically takes 5 business days.

Shipping rates

Tracking

You’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. If you haven’t received tracking within 2 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or write to us.

Delays

Once a package is with USPS, delivery times are outside our control. Weather, holidays, and carrier volume can add a day or two. If your tracking hasn’t updated in more than 5 business days, contact us and we’ll look into it.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we’ll reship it once you cover the shipping cost again.
